Home » The Acting Workshops » The Child Actors Workshops Children - The Child Actors Workshop II   The Child Actors Workshop II is a higher level children's course dedicated to the refinement of the child's on camera, and on stage acting & auditioning skills. A significant portion of the workshop will be devoted to developing the child's understanding of character and the emotional underpinnings. All students will learn to share their ideas of character and emotional content, and to work together to accomplish the goal of the story through improvisational techniques, script memorization, and identifying "the big picture". Each participant will be given the opportunity to take part in simulated auditions for several types of performance, both on camera and on the stage. The tools of self promotion, methods of obtaining professional or non- professional acting situations will be discussed.
