Public speaking, presentation
and motivational skills are enhanced for those that train individuals in a
corporate or educational setting. Effectively training any group or individual
requires much more than delivery of information. The ability to get and keep the
attention of those you train requires assessment of their needs, abilities,
attention level, and personalities on the fly. The purpose of training is not
simply to pass on information, but to motivate each individual to want to excel
in their task. Creating a team where there is none, a personal interest in their
individual success that will in turn bring corporate success.
