An advanced course designed to benefit those in upper level corporate management, law, politics, government, celebrity or those that may be called to represent them to the public in the event of image problems due to litigation, politics, product failure or catastrophic events. Unexpected events can cause enormous harm to personal, political or corporate image resulting in serious financial loss, and the demise of public trust and confidence. "Off the cuff" decisions in the public handling of events and their perception by others can bring down the strongest and most savvy. This study will teach the means of "trust recovery" and image restoration prior to or during a crisis.

Meets Once per week, for five weeks, two hours each meeting
