Home » The Acting Workshops Theater - Musical Theater The Musical Theater Workshop is available to all ages by audition & interview only. This special workshop is not offered on a regular basis and entrance is competitive. Teens and younger performers are especially encouraged to apply. The Musical Theater Workshop, will enable all participants to be involved in an actual musical theater production. From time to time The Institute will stage a musical theater performance for the benefit of charity or the sponsorship of live theater. Workshop participants will learn various aspects of performance and production according to their choice; producing, stage management, scripting, blocking, staging, set construction, sound, lighting, advertising, promotion, stage performance, musical arrangement, royalty arrangements, contracts, unions, house management, box office & casting.
